Shipping - Most orders are shipped UPS and we do our best to ship items the same day ordered where possible. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address supplied when ordering.

Returns; Defective Products - We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee* (less the cost of shipping and handling). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. Requests must be made by emailing: customersupport@healthygreenzone.com with either your order number or full billing name.
*Products must be returned undamaged with all original manuals, registration cards, accessories, box, and packing material. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to 10% of the value of the purchase depending on the items damaged or missing. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, items must be returned postmarked within 4 weeks. All deliveries should be visually inspected by customer and refused if any damage is detected. If your merchandise is defective, please contact us by emailing: customersupport@healthygreenzone.com and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
